        關於在熊本市北區植木町今藤，警方在車裡發現女性遺體的事件，熊本地檢20日依殺人與侵入住居罪嫌，向熊本地方法院起訴受害女性的前同事園村圭司嫌犯(51歲，家住熊本縣山鹿市下吉田、從事零售業)。

 

        根據起訴書的內容，園村嫌犯於7月1日下午2點25分左右，偽裝成宅配業者，從玄關侵入河邊聰美女士(當時58歲)位於山鹿市川端町的住家，抱持殺意以手臂與手掌勒扼河邊女士的頸部，最終殺害對方。河邊女士的死因是窒息。

 

        熊本縣警山鹿署表示，園村嫌犯與另一名男性2人裝成宅配業者，前往河邊女士的住家。園村嫌犯委託該名男性按門鈴叫出河邊女士，自己則躲在視訊對講機拍不到的地方，裝成搬運包裹而進入玄關。

 

        由於該名男性在押門鈴後就離開，山鹿署認為該名男性並不知道事件內容。
