        關於前保育士–佐藤喜人被告(30歲)於2020年在東京都豐島區某棟公寓裡性侵女性住戶(當時35歲，上班族)並殺害對方等，遭到檢方依殺人等罪嫌起訴的陪審員法庭，東京地方法院17日依照檢方求刑，宣判對佐藤被告處以無期徒刑。坂田威一郎審判長稱：「被告所為是為了滿足性欲的殘忍犯行，毫無酌情考量之餘地。」

 

        根據判決書的內容，佐藤被告於2020年9月性侵偶然在路上見到的受害女性，並勒死對方，將遺體遺棄在栃木縣內某座山林裡。11月又在東京都內的馬路上等地撫摸小學女童等3人的身體。

 

        判決庭上，坂田審判長認定佐藤被告為了防止性侵行為被人發現，殺害受害女性後又將遺體埋藏在山林裡，指摘道：「犯行無視個人尊嚴與性命。」對於佐藤被告向女童等人所做的猥褻事件，坂田審判長也批判道：「被告殺害受害女性後還持續在路上隨機猥褻的行為，值得強烈非難。」
