        關於麻將店的男性經營者殺害男性從業人員並遺棄屍體，故而遭到檢方起訴的審理過程，水戶地方法院宣判對被告處以17年有期徒刑。

 

        大坪宗一郎被告(32歲)於前年6月殺害自己經營的麻將店從業人員北田和彥先生(59歲)，並將遺體以棉被包裹，棄置於茨城縣取手市內某個墓地附近，故而遭到檢方起訴。

 

        27日判決庭上，水戶地方法院稱：「由於麻將店的收支持續赤字，被告一直無法支付足夠的薪水，便聽聞北田先生想要辭職。出於對日常施暴的共同經營者的恐懼，被告想要阻止北田先生向店裡提出離職故而犯案。但是奪走毫無過錯的北田先生的性命，可謂毫無道理。」因此宣判對大坪被告處以17年有期徒刑。
