        關於2020年性侵家住東京都內的女性後殺害對方，並將遺體遺棄到栃木縣那須町，故而遭到檢方依殺人等罪嫌起訴的男性前保育員的上訴法庭，東京高等法院21日宣判支持1審的無期徒刑判決，駁回被告方的上訴。

 

        佐藤喜人被告(31歲，前保育員)於2020年侵入素不相識的35歲女性位於東京都豐島區的住處，性侵對方後勒死對方，並將遺體掩埋在栃木縣那須町某個山林裡，故而遭到檢方起訴。

 

        1審時東京地方法院於今年3月宣判對佐藤被告處以無期徒刑。

 

        被告方對此判決不服而上訴，東京高等法院於21日宣判支持1審判決，駁回被告上訴。

 

        今年3月的1審判決庭上，東京地方法院嚴厲批判佐藤被告稱：「被告犯行基於強烈的殺人意圖，極為殘忍，任性至極，毫無酌情考量的餘地。」此外又指出：「受害者感到的恐怖、屈辱與遺憾實為筆舌難以盡述。」因此依照檢方求刑，宣判對佐藤被告處以無期徒刑。
